Mandarina's is owned by a Finnish real estate company Citycon. The company is an expert and partner in retail premises, serving consumer costumers together with its tenants. Instead of mere ownership, the Citycon's strategy is proactive management and continuous development of its retail properties. The aim is to produce versatile, attractive, inspirational and functional shopping environment for consumers.
Citycon is the market leader in the Finnish shopping centre business, with a strong position in Sweden and a firm foothold in the Baltic countries. Citycon owns a total of 33 shopping centres and 52 other retail properties: 22 shopping centres are located in Finland, eight in Sweden, two in Estonia and one in Lithuania. The fair value of the company's property portfolio is approximately EUR 2.2 billion.
